Jewelled with raspberries and bursting with flavour, this joyful bar of chocolate takes me back to my childhood, foraging in the hedgerows with berry stained fingers. Sublimely creamy, I make it in small batches in my factory in Devon, from just natural cocoa butter, raw cane sugar, milk and raspberries. El Blanco white chocolate and raspberries were simply born for each other.

White Chocolate. Cocoa solids: 36% minimum. Ingredients: cocoa butter 36%, MILK powder 34%, raw cane sugar, raspberries 1.7%.
