Artisan truffles are real treasures.

To make my chocolate truffles I combine melted craft made chocolate with nuts I’ve roasted myself to create the praline. Then I use my antique cocoa butter press to produce the fine cocoa powder that each truffle is rolled in after being hand dipped in chocolate.

I’ve created pure chocolate classics with my dark, milk and champagne chocolate truffles. My dark chocolate truffles are also perfect for vegans. If you’re looking to discover new flavour combinations, my flavoured truffles with their oozing liquid centres surrounded by white chocolate are a fruitful burst of pure pleasure.
