Christmas Chocolate Recipes

This is a collection of my must-do chocolate recipes for Christmas. Christmas is the time of year when you want to bring out your most impressively delicious desserts and Christmas cakes, and little delicacies for when you really can’t eat any more but don’t want to stop either! 

I use cacao in all kinds of Christmas food. Adding a little into your Christmas gravy will give wonderful richness and shine, and it also makes my brandy butter doubly delicious. Try making your own fresh cream truffles, they are incredibly easy and make the most brilliant Christmas gifts.
