Our couverture chocolates are prized for their incredible purity and depth of flavour. This comes from using fine single cacaos and 100% natural ingredients, in an artisan production process designed to maximise flavour.

We don’t use vanilla or lecithin in our chocolate, so each chocolate perfectly reflects the flavour notes of the bean and you can choose the one perfect for your recipe. The elegant summer fruit notes means I often use these chef’s drops in my desserts.

These cooking chocolate drops are 2g in weight and 2.3cm in diameter making them easy to weigh and melt.
