This has been another labour of love.
Mountains of apples, peeled, diced, rolled in lemon juice and dried to make the perfect jewels for our creamy white chocolate.
I created this chocolate to be eaten with Durrus, a creamy soft cheese.
With its gentle apricot and kick of apple it is a classic pairing.
