Melt into a world of adventure with these sublime, hand crafted truffles, made from fine single estate cacaos in our Bean to Bar chocolate factory in Devon.

In this luxurious Champagne Selection you have Dark Champagne Truffles dusted in our own cocoa powder, Milk Champagne Truffles lightly dusted in icing sugar and glorious Pink Champagne Truffles.

Raspberry Chocolate Truffles with Marc de Champagne.
Cocoa solids: 36% minimum. Milk solids: 34% minimum.
Ingredients: raw cane sugar, MILK powder, ALMOND, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, ALMOND oil, raspberry, Marc de Champagne 2.2%, rice flour.

Milk Chocolate Truffles with Marc De Champagne.
White chocolate cocoa solids: 36% minimum. Milk solids: 34% minimum.
Ingredients: raw cane sugar, MILK powder, cocoa butter, ALMOND, cocoa mass, ALMOND oil, Marc de Champagne 2.2%, rice flour.

Dark Chocolate Truffles with Marc de Champagne.
Dark chocolate cocoa solids: 72% minimum.
Ingredients: cocoa mass, raw cane sugar, HAZELNUTS, cocoa powder, HAZELNUT oil, Marc de Champagne 3%, cocoa butter.

Raspberry Chocolate Truffles with Marc de Champagne and Milk Chocolate Truffles with Marc De Champagne.

These truffles are made from Sur del Lago, a Trinitario bean grown south of the Maracaibo Lake in Venezuela.

It is grown using tradition farming methods, without the use of chemicals.

I chose this bean to make my 100% cacao bar because it is exceptionally light and has low acidity.

We give it a very light roast and conche for never less than 3 weeks to remove any acidity.

When the beans are fresh it can even be longer.

Dark Chocolate Truffles with Marc de Champagne.

My favourite road trip runs ten hours east of Caracas, along the magical Caribbean coast to the Paria Peninsula and the sleepy village of Rio Caribe.

This delectable chocolate made from the extraordinary beans grown there, is an adventure in taste with its complex nut and coffee notes.
