These Chef’s Drops are made bean to bar, from the fine trinitario Venezuelan Las Trincheras cacao. Its smooth nutty notes make it prefect for baking.

Our couverture chocolate drops are prized for their incredible purity and depth of flavour. This comes from using fine single cacaos and 100% natural ingredients, in an artisan production process designed to maximise flavour.
To create a completely clean palette for chefs to work on, we don’t use soya lecithin or vanilla. All our chocolates perfectly reflect the distinct flavour notes of their beans, so you can choose the one perfect for your recipe.
The Las Trincheras single estate cacao used here has smooth nutty notes which are particularly great in gooey puddings, brownies and cakes.

These cooking chocolate drops are 2g in weight and 2.3cm in diameter making them easy to weigh and melt.

Willie himself is a cocoa farmer, so we buy our beans directly from the farmers, paying premium prices.
Las Trincheras is made from beans which come from a very old hacineda in Carabobo in Venezuela. They work with the Terra Viva Foundation, a non-governmental organisation that encourages sustainable development through environmental programmes. All farming methods are traditional and no chemicals are used.
The beans are a fine Trinitario with smooth nutty notes which makes them perfect for all kinds of baking.

These couverture dark chocolate drops are for all your cakes and desserts.

They are easy to weigh and quick to melt and bring beautiful deep pure flavours.
