Each year I get a few sacks of the most delicious coffees put in with the cocoa beans we get from Peru and Colombia.
I give them a light roast, keep my family supplied with delicious coffee, and refine some directly into my chocolate.
I do this when it is still warm to capture all the freshly roasted flavours.

INGREDIENTS
This letterbox sized Tasting Box contains 10 x 50g chocolates, including 2 Magnificent Creations which are limited edition chocolates made specially for my Tasting Boxes
2 x single estate dark bars: Las Trincheras 72, Rio Caribe 72.
2 x flavoured dark bars: Hazelnut Raisin 70% and Almendra.
4 x single estate and flavoured milk and white bars: Milk of the Stars, Milk of the Gods, El Blanco and Sea Kissed Almond.
2 Magnificent Creations
– Cappuccino. White chocolate swirled with dark coffee chocolate. Imagine the joy of dipping creamy El Blanco white chocolate in your espresso. Here you have it in chocolate form. Swirls of coffee heaven.
– Toasted Walnut. Las Trincheras 72 dark chocolate with toasted walnuts. I have always wanted to make a proper Walnut Whip! But until then, here you have the perfect pairing of smooth nutty dark chocolate and lightly toasted walnuts.
