I have used an absolute classic whisky to make these truffles.
It’s 12 Years Old and aged in sherry oak casks, which gives it depth and smoothness with notes of spice and dried fruits.
Captured perfectly in the caramel, it is paired with the honeyed San Agustin 70 dark chocolate.

Farming methods are traditional, and no chemicals are used.
