I had to make El Blanco because some of my favourite desserts rely on white chocolate and it it wondrous for decorating cakes, but take a small bite and as it melts you will soon realise that cooking aside,
this is one heavenly square of chocolate.
All the chocolate is 100% Natural and Pure. I use no soya lecithin or vanilla, and only the best ingredients like raw sugar cane, unrefined cocoa butter and organic fruit essences.
