These fine Criollo beans come from Baracoa on the eastern tip of Cuba. They are produced naturally, without the use of chemicals.
Baracao lies on the natural harbour of the Bay of Honey, the Bahía de Miel.
This is rather charming since the beans have natural honey notes – it can hardly be a co-incidence!
They pair perfectly with citrus fruits and tropical flavours like ginger and lemongrass.
