An emerald green jewel of a chocolate.
One memorable morning in Uji, just south of Kyoto, I was simply blown away by the much celebrated Kotabuki Matcha. I knew at once its smooth, pure flavour would make the most extraordinary matcha white chocolate.
Here it is, perfectly balanced with natural cocoa butter, raw cane sugar and milk. Simply sublime.
All the chocolate is 100% Natural and Pure. I use no soya lecithin or vanilla, and only the best ingredients like raw sugar cane, unrefined cocoa butter and kotobuki matcha tea!

WHITE CHOCOLATE WITH MATCHA. Cocoa solids: 38% minimum. Ingredients: cocoa butter, MILK powder 39%, raw cane sugar, matcha 0.1%.
I had to make El Blanco because some of my favourite desserts rely on white chocolate and it is wondrous for decorating cakes, but take a small bite and as it melts you will soon realise that cooking aside, this is one heavenly square of chocolate.
