William Harcourt-Cooze makes everything himself in his factory in Devon. The chocolate is made with the nutty single estate Sur del Lago cacao, it is added to the best whole hazelnuts with soft round flavour which are also roasted by Willie himself. Together they make truffles that have to be tasted to be believed, and with a pinch of Cornish sea salt bringing them to life they are just divine!
The pralines are then covered either in single estate dark chocolate and finally dusted with Willie’s cacao own single estate cocoa powder, pressed on an old Spanish cocoa butter presses. With no added fats or soya lecithin, this is the taste of pure delight with no nasties!
