Cooking chocolate made with pure Sur del Lago cacao from south of Lake Maracaibo in Venezuela. Smooth and nutty.

This Sur del Lago chocolate is made from a Trinitario bean grown south of the Maracaibo Lake in Venezuela.
It is grown using tradition farming methods, without the use of chemicals.
These couverture dark chocolate drops are very versatile.
Use in desserts, mousses, ice cream, ganache, moulding, coating, truffles and cakes.
