These oat based couverture white chocolate drops are perfectly pure and are great for all your vegan recipes. They are made bean to bar from natural cocoa butter, with no added vanilla.

Flavour Notes. Rich and creamy with soft cacao and caramelised notes. Background oats. Not too sweet.

Pairings. Red fruits, apricots, black pepper, hojicha, hibiscus, cherries, pineapple, coconut, coffee, almonds, cinnamon

These oat based couverture white chocolate drops make deliciously rich and creamy vegan cakes and desserts, and are easy to weigh and melt.
Our artisan production process is designed to maximise flavour. We use natural cocoa butter pressed from fine cacaos and raw cane sugar.
These bring the caramelised and cacao notes, so even here there is no need to add vanilla.
These cooking chocolate drops are 2g in weight and 2.3cm in diameter making them easy to weigh and melt.

Cocoa solids: 36% minimum. Ingredients: cocoa butter, OATS 34%, raw cane sugar

Because the best ingredients make the best flavours, all my white chocolate is made with Natural Cocoa Butter pressed from fine cacaos, with all the subtle aromas and flavours that brings.

This is very different to most white chocolates, because they use butter extracted from low quality beans and then de-odourised to remove unpleasant flavours.

It is is essentially a tasteless white fat which is why they always use vanilla to create some kind of a flavour.
I never use vanilla, even in white chocolate.

These vegan couverture white chocolate drops are very versatile.

Use in cakes, cookies, brownies, deserts, ice cream, truffles, coating, moulding
