These sublime and 100% natural chocolate tuffles have been crafted every step of the way in mybean to bar chocolate factory in Devon. We make the caramel from scratch just as you would in a restaurant, clarifying the butter, caramelising the sugar and using Devon double cream. They are not too sweet as our white chocolate is made from natural cocoa butter and not soo much sugar. See the bean section.

Because the best ingredients make the best flavours, all my white chocolate is made with Natural Cocoa Butter pressed from fine cacaos, with all the subtle aromas and flavours that brings. This is very different to most white chocolates, because they use butter extracted from low quality beans and then de-odourised to remove unpleasant flavours. It is is essentially a tasteless white fat which is why they always use vanilla to create some kind of a flavour. I never use vanilla, even in white chocolate and my white chocolate has 20-30% less sugar than most others.
