Yuzu is the sexiest of citrus fruits.
I first encountered its aromatic, floral flavours in the incredible Gen Yamamoto bar in Tokyo, where fruits are freshly squeezed and spices freshly ground.

Here I have paired it with a Cuban bean with natural honey notes - East meets West. Pure Flavours. Pure Pleasure.
