flakes of sea salt riding the waves.
This pod takes me straight to my cacao farm in Venezuela. One of the wonders of the world is walking up into the cloud forest,
through the shafts of sunlight glancing off the multi-coloured pods that jut straight from the thick trunks of the trees.
It was here that I first tasted real chocolate, and started on the road to making some of the world’s great single estate chocolates
from the bean, in my factory in Devon.
