
CHOCOLATE SPREAD FOR CHOCOLATE LOVERS

A chocolate spread for everyone, vegan and nut free!

Ingredients
90g San Agustin 88 dark chocolate
80g raw cane sugar
60 ml water * to make it a pourable sauce add an extra 15 ml water
Equipment
Bowl and 2 saucepans

Method
Put the sugar and water in a saucepan and gently heat until sugar is melted , stirring occasionally.
Put the chocolate in a bowl over gently simmering water and stir as it melts
Stir the melted chocolate into the sugar syrup
Place in a small bowl and cool before spreading
