Easy Peasy Chocolate Pancake

Ingredients

Pancakes:

125g Willie’s Cacao Hot Chocolate, 52% Medellin Cacao

200g white plain flour

2 large eggs

150 ml water

350 ml full fat milk

Knob of butter

 

Topping:

Willie’s Cacao Chocolate Spread

Sliced fruit like banana, strawberries and blueberries

Liquidiser and frying pan

Method

  • Warm the milk to simmering point in a saucepan or microwave
  • Put the warm milk and Hot Chocolate powder in the liquidiser. Blend for 15 seconds.
  • Add all the other ingredients to the liquidiser and blend for 30 seconds
  • Heat frying pan on the hob and once hot rub with knob of butter and start making pancakes
  • Topping: warm the chocolate spread in the microwave for a few seconds and use as a sauce with your fruit
