100% Cacao - No Added Sugar Chocolate

These 100% cacao chocolates make wonderfully healthy and delicious snacks. They are dairy free, gluten free and sugar free. The No Added Sugar chocolates are my particular favourites, they are naturally sweetened with fruit and nuts.

Cacao is one of the great superfoods. Not only is it packed full of anti-oxidants, vitamins and minerals, but it contains serotonin and theobromine which stimulates the body to produce endorphins. This explains the buzz and sense of wellbeing you get from good, high % cacao chocolates.

Use 100% cacao to make real hot chocolate with just water and a touch of sugar, or use it to enrich savoury recipes. Sprinkle cacao nibs on cereals or salads, put them in smoothies or snack on them like nuts.
